Most bunk beds ship flat in a box and wobble by spring. The Split Log is built from solid knotty circle-sawn pine, and its natural surface absorbs the bumps of everyday childhood without showing wear the way painted beds do.

Does it come assembled?

What mattress do I need?
Standard mattresses in each bunk's size, up to 10" thick. The slat system means no box spring is needed.
Will my bed look exactly like the photos?
Finish photos are digitally rendered to show each stain option. Because every bed is solid natural wood, grain, knots and stain tone will vary. Contact us if you'd like help choosing.
